ONTARIO, Calif. (KTVI) – Police resume digging in a backyard of a home where they are searching for clues to the disappearance of a truck driver.

Oscar Javier Contreras Escobar, 29, went missing on Sept. 4. Police are suspecting foul play at the location.

Escobar was last seen on Aug. 28, where he was expected to meet up with a woman. Suspicious ATM activity linked to his bank account has led the police to the house.
