(KTVI) – Daring action movie star Sylvester Stallone may have one less danger to dodge after secret tapes were destroyed. The New York Post Page Six originally reported that the tapes were part of a settlement between Stallone and his half sister Toni-Ann Filiti.

The settlement was signed 26 years ago and forced Stallone to pay millions to Filiti who claimed Sly had physically abused her. According to Radar Online, the confidential agreement called for the tapes to be destroyed after Filiti died in August 2012 from lung cancer. She was 48.
