World’s Most Tattooed Candidate Pledges To Legalize Marijuana

PRAGUE – Composer and professor Vladimir “Avatar” Franz, 53, is running to be the president of the Czech republic.  He is remarkable because his body is 90 percent covered with tattoos and piercings.  Polls show that 11 percent of Czechs are ready to vote for the unusual candidate.

The Czech republic will head to the polls on January 11-12.  Franz will be running against nine other registered candidates.

According to the Voice of Russia radio he is also a lawyer, doctor of law, and a teacher of theater arts.  The website notes that Franz has no experience in politics.  But, one of his campaign promises is to legalize marijuana. The candidate also admits that he does not understand much about economics but pledges to defend civil rights, democratic values and green energy.
