(KTVI) - There were frightening moments at Family Dollar in Affton after masked men robbed the store.  And both suspects are still at large.

The business at McKenzie and Gravois was quiet Tuesday morning, but that wasn't the case Monday night.  It all started around 9:15 p.m.  Police say besides wearing masks, the suspects had on sunglasses and one was wearing a gray hoodie.

Officials say the suspects were armed with handguns. Investigators tell us a female employee at the store was hit in the head by a handgun.  But reportedly she was only grazed and her injuries are minor.

There may have also been two other employees at the store but they were not hurt. It appears the store was open at the time.  Police say the suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
