ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - How do you talk to your kids about what they're seeing on the news? Especially when it involves children.

St. Louis Psychotherapist and family counselor Doctor Russell Hyken says you should you tailor the information you share with your kids base on their age and maturity.  

He says simply listening to what your kids have to say can help them cope with the tradgedy.
