(KPLR) - Some flooded cars are now floating in the used car market.  Here's JB with The Way It Oughta Be.

I remember our flood of 93 and the number of flooded out cars that some unscrupulous sellers tried to unload.

It's happening again, this time the cars are turning up from hurricane Sandy.

Flooded cars can turn out to be real lemons.  The trouble is spotting them.

There are companies that can provide you a car history but there are ways to wash out a title's history.

So if you are looking for a used car this holiday season, buy one from someone you trust, use caution, check the cars history and have a mechanic check it out.

I'm JB and that's The Way It Oughta Be.
