ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – There’s a very good trend to report. Prices continue to drop at the gas pump.  Gas prices have dropped $0.46 cents a gallon over the past two months. The Lundberg survey shows the average price of regular is $3.38 a gallon.

In St. Louis, the average is lower at $3.05 a gallon but we have seen prices as low as $2.92 around the area.  Reason for the price drop include refining problems around the country that have been fixed and the falling demand for gasoline.
