Fighting Illini Move Up in AP, Coaches Poll

(KTVI) – Illinois’ win over Gonzaga Saturday night moved them up a few notches on the Associated Press and Coaches Poll to number 10 in the country.  The Illini were ranked 13th before the win. The Illini remain undefeated this season.

Missouri’s win over Tennessee state with weekend helped them keep their 12th place ranking in the AP Poll, but slides them up to 11th in the Coaches Poll.

Illinois and Missouri will face off December 22 at the Edward Jones Dome for the Annual Busch Braggin’ Rights game in St. Louis.  Missouri has won the last three years.
