Adults Gearing Up For Halloween Parties

ST. LOUIS, MO. (KPLR) – People piled in places like Johnny Brock's costume store looking for creative Halloween costumes Friday.

Employees there said it was the largest turn out in "years."

"People are really getting into Halloween this year," Johnny Brock's Manager Nacho Rodriguez said.

Some of the best selling costumes were characters from The Avengers.

"The movie was huge, so we’re have a lot of people being Captain America, The Hulk and Iron Man," Rodriguez said.

There were also several Halloween parties around St. Louis.

Bobby Conn, with R & B Productions hosted the "Nightmare on Locust" party.

"It is a great event for people to get all dressed up and have a fun night," Conn said.

Conn said he expected about 400 people to attend the "Nightmare on Locust" party.
