ST. LOUIS, MO. (KPLR) – The rainy weather didn't keep Charlottes Hall on Riverview Boulevard from filling up today.  Instead of the usual banquets and weddings, today the hall was filled with pets.

Operation Spot, a local organization that provides low cost spay and neutering for dogs and cats, teamed up with the city of St. Louis to help out this communities pet owners.

A mobile vet clinic was set up at Charlotte's Hall.  Residents of the Ward 2 could get their pets spayed or neutered for ten dollars.

In the six years Operation Spot has been helping pet owners in St. Louis.  They claim they have spayed and neutered over 30,000 cats and dogs in the area.

The Van will be back for the next three Tuesdays, October 30, November 6 and 13th at Charlotte's Hall.
