St. Louis, MO (KPLR) Halloween festivities may be banned for students at a Chicago area school. Parents from the Skokie-Morton Grove schools turned out to discuss the ban last night. The board says religious and cultural concerns force students to sit out the fun. The number of students who are sitting out is growing every year. The district says the decision is not final yet. Some parents have set up an online petition to get halloween re-instated.
