INDEPENDENCE, MO (KPLR)-The search for a missing Colorado girl comes to Missouri.  Jessica Ridgeway, 10, of Westminster, CO, north of Denver, disappeared on her way to school Friday.  Jessica's father and great-grandmother live in Independence, MO.  Authorities searched their home. 

Back in Colorado, bus-loads of volunteers have joined the search effort.   

Police do not believe the girl was taken by a relative or anyone she knows.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has released this flyer seeking information about Jessica’s whereabouts.
