NHL Decision Costs Blues 5 Games

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) –  The National Hockey League has cancelled the first two weeks of the regular season. This will cost the Blues five games. Three of them at the Scottrade Center.

The league and the players are in the middle of a labor dispute. The players are locked out.

Last week the blues announced 20 employees had been laid off because of the labor unrest. The entire 2004-2005 hockey season was cancelled over a labor dispute then.
