The idea is to make your candidate look good and then make the opponent look bad.
Some of the ads are slick, with perfect lighting and the right bit of music to go along.
But that's what I'd like to see change. I'd like to see a candidate leave their ads up to the average voter.
Like Doritos does during the Superbowl. The potato chip maker says, you come up with a commercial and we'll put the best one on during the Superbowl.
They did and it was a hit.
I bet the candidates would be surprised. I bet they'd get some pretty creative entries.
Even if they didn't have that high quality look.
