Rockwood Eagle Scout Helps Joplin Tornado Victims

JOPLIN, MO. (KPLR), - A Rockwood Summit junior is helping Joplin students make music while still recovering from last year's deadly tornado.  James McNair started the old instruments for new purposes project to work on becoming an eagle scout.

17 restored musical instruments were collected, refurbished then delivered to Joplin South Middle School.
