ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR)-The remnants of Hurricane Isaac were right on track Friday morning as they moved into the Bi-State region. Rain will be in the area through early Sunday and could be heavy at times. There is also a slight risk of strong wind gusts and severe weather.  Rainfall totals of 3″ to 6″ inches are possible by the time Isaac moves away late Sunday.

The biggest concern will be for those who live near small creeks and streams. Despite who low these waterways are running due to the drought, they will fill quickly due to the significant rainfall and could lead to some flooding.
