Ladue Man Charged With Exposing Himself To Child At Home Depot

BRENTWOOD, MO (KPLR)-- The owner of a successful advertising firm is now charged with sexual misconduct following an incident at the Brentwood Home Depot store on Hanley Rd. last November.

Police accuse 42-year old Christopher Frank of Ladue of exposing himself to a boy under age 15.  He has been released on bond.  Frank issued a statement through his attorney denying the charges.

A probable cause statement from the Brentwood police indicates the incident happened in a men's room at the store.  The boy's father was waiting for him in the store.  Police used surveillance video in an effort to identify the suspect.

The case will be presented to a St. Louis County Grand Jury.

Frank's attorney, Derek Rudman, issued a statement:  "I can say without hesitation that Mr. Frank adamantly and categorically denies this allegation and looks forward t clearing his good name and continuing the good work he has done in the St. Louis community for years."
 
Frank is the founder of CFX-Inc., a boutique advertising firm that operates from a renovated church in the
Tower Grove area of St. Louis City.
