WASHINGTON PARK, IL (KPLR)-- Police are still investigating the case of a 19-year-old woman who says she was a sex slave in Washington Park for years.

According to Washington Park police, the woman claims she was held against her will for more than 2 years as a sex slave at a house on Kingshighway by a 25-year-old man and his family.  The woman also says she gave birth to a baby boy who is now 2 years old.

The alleged victim and names of those arrested in the case have not been released. However family and friends of the alleged attackers say the 19 year old is lying. One woman who lived in the house for 6 months at one point says there were never any indications that anyone was being held against their will. And that this story was reported on a day the 19 year old got into a disagreement with family members.

Investigators are still looking in to the claims, plans to board up the house and remove the family dog are also underway.

There was a news conference scheduled for Friday to determine if charges would be filed in this case. But it was cancelled.

At last check the 25-year-old man and his mother are still in police custody.  And there is no word on the identity from law enforcement on the 19-year-old woman making the abuse claims.
