ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - The extreme summer heat and deep winter cold can be hard to take for even the most prepared people. But for some area homeless, conditions like that could prove deadly.

Now Rev. Larry Rice will be leading a march to highlight the dangers of extreme weather for people who have no where to go. He's calling it a "Freedom March" from North St. Louis down Martin Luther King Ave into St. Louis County.

The purpose of the march is to raise awareness about the increased dangers faced by the homeless during extreme summer and winter weather.  The march started and 9:15 a.m.
