(CNN) – A federal judge has tossed out champion cyclist, Lance Armstrong’s, most recent lawsuit against the U-S Anti-Doping Agency.  This lawsuit sought to halt the U-S-A-D-A’s case against him.

The agency has accused Armstrong of using performance-enhancing drugs, trafficking them, and covering up doping violations.

The seven-time Tour de France winner asked the court for action against the U-S-A-D-A for a host of reasons, having maintained he’s never tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs and accusing the U-S-A-D-A and its CEO of being out to get a “big fish” to justify the agency’s existence.
