Little Leaguer Sued over Warm Up Pitch

 St. Louis, MO (KPLR)  A little league lawsuit. A New Jersey woman is suing a 13 year-old-boy claiming he intentionally hit her with a baseball. The suit alleges the player was reckless when he threw the ball while warming up during a game two years ago. The player claims the ball slipped out of his hands, went over the fence, and hit the woman who was sitting on a bench. He immediately apologized and the victim said she knew it was an accident, but later was hospitalized for a broken bone. Now she is suing for 153 thousand dollars in medical costs.
