Miller County Sheriff’s Deputy Arrest For DUI

MILLER COUNTY, MO. (KPLR) - A sheriff's deputy in Miller County has been arrested following an accident in his patrol car.  29- year-old Paul Hill was charged with driving under the influence of drugs.

He's also faces charges of possession of a controlled substance-meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Hill was also cited for not wearing a seat belt.
The accident happened near Eldon, Missouri Wednesday.  Hill was not hurt.
