ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) – Arsenio Hall lands a deal to return to late-night television. TheWrap TV and LATimes reports that CBS will distribute the show and will premiere Fall 2013.  The show, still untitled, will be partnering with 17 Tribune TV stations around the country, including one in St. Louis.

Hall’s past television experience was a huge hit in the late 1980s, and brought an alternative viewer experience to Carson’s “Tonight” Show.  Hall has been known to his fans for his “Dog Pound” fist bump and dog bark, and was featured with movie star Eddie Murphy in comedy film, “Coming to America”.

Hall’s past show went off the air in 1994 due to other television late night acts such as the David Letterman Show.
