Cupcake Queen Offering Help To Small Business Owners

(KPLR) - Candace nelson is known as the cupcake queen; she opened the world's first cupcake bakery "Sprinkles Cupcakes" and triggered a global craze.   She's joined Christine Buck via satellite Thursday to talk about starting a business, the obstacles and having faith.
It’s all part of Chase Bank’s Mission: Small Business Grant Program.  The program is tailored to helping people get small business off the ground.  Chase is offering $3 million dollars nationwide in grant money to potential small business owners, in $250,000 single grants.
