KANSAS CITY, MO. (CNN) - Some rocky moments for a raccoon in Kansas City, The animal somehow made its way up to the top of a light pole and was there for days. Neighbors even left food on the ground to try to coax it down, while an animal control officer said there was little they could do to free the raccoon from the 30-foot pole.
But when a worker arrived for maintenance on the light pole, he was able to poke the raccoon with a stick.
The animal appeared to be all right as fell to the ground and scurried away.
