NEPAL (CNN) - The first stretch of clear weather in Nepal has led to a traffic jam of climbers on Mount Everest and that's contributed to a number of deaths.  150 climbers reached the summit of the world's tallest peak over the weekend, including a 73 year old woman.

But with so many on the mountain, some didn't reach the summit until late in the afternoon, which experts say, is quite dangerous.

Four people died after descending from the mountain from exhaustion and altitude sickness.  A fourth climber is still missing.

Nepal officials expect another traffic jam this weekend.

About 200 climbers are expected to attempt to scale the 29,000 foot mountain between Friday and Sunday.
