Skinny Jeans Could Be Bad For Your Health

(CNN) – Skinny jeans all the rage these days; but those jeans could end up being a fashion faux pas for your health.  Doctors warn squeezing into skinny jeans can cause nerve damage.

This happens when one of the nerves that run in the outer part of a thigh gets compressed. Pressure on it causes symptoms of tingling, numbness and pain in the outer part of the thigh. Prolonged pressure could make the pain permanent.

Doctors suggest wearing jeans with some stretch to them.
