(KPLR) - With the clock is ticking, Missouri lawmakers wrap up their work for the regular session, passing and considering dozens of last minute laws. One of the biggest, a decision on Missouri health care, and the state senate passed a bill that allows employers to refuse to provide health insurance for birth control or abortion.

It is a measure in response to a policy by Obama’s administration that tried to require religious non-profit hospitals to cover birth control for employees.
