New Video Surfaces From 2010 Duck Boat Accident

(CNN) - New surveillance video of a tour boat accident on the Delaware River, has surfaced two years after the accident killed two people in 2010.  The video shows a city barge slamming into the disabled duck boat.

The crash dumping more than three dozen people into the river, killing two Hungarian students in the accident back in 2010.

The video is being released just days before a wrongful death lawsuit goes to federal court.

The plaintiffs' attorney says nobody on the boat had a chance to put on a life vest.
