Shuttle Enterprise Arrives In New York

NEW YORK, NY. (CNN) -  The space shuttle Enterprise has reached its final destination. The shuttle landed Friday morning at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.  Enterprise hitched a ride on the back of a 747 from Washington.  Enterprise will be put on a barge and floated up the Hudson River to its final home.

It will be moved into the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in June, were the public will be able to see it, beginning in mid-July.
