(CNN) - You may be getting a check in the mail from your health insurance company, all because of the new healthcare reform legislation.   Millions of people could get a $127 due to insurance companies having to spend 80 to 85 percent of premium payments on actual patient care or on things like discounted gym memberships.

If they spend more on things like marketing or administrative costs, then they have to refund the customer.

If your employer pays for all or part of your insurance premium, you may not get a refund.
