ST. LOUIS, MO – (CNN) – The Secret Service wants to talk with Ted Nugent. His comments about President Obama got the agency’s attention.

At the annual National Rifle Association meeting Nugent said “If Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”

The musician’s comments are getting more scrutiny because he endorsed GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

Some question whether Nugent was alluding to violence against the president.
