Bernthal The Way It Oughta Be: Albert Pujols

(KPLR) - I don't know what the Cardinals record was this time last year, but I can't imagine that it's any better than it is now.  Albert's departure hurt.  He was a fan favorite and had a chance to be a fan favorite for life.

So it's easy to understand why some fans are still watching how he does.  I've had a number of fans tell me what a slow start Albert was off to with an Angels team that's near the bottom of the pack in the American League.

But none of that matters anymore.  We shouldn't be watching Albert anymore, than we should be watching the first baseman from the Baltimore Orioles.

So when Albert heats up this summer just look away; we have our own team to focus on and it's a pretty good one at that.

I'm JB and that's The Way It Oughta Be.
