Police Investigating Shooting In O’Fallon, MO

O'FALLON, MO (KTVI) - Three people, including a O'Fallon, Missouri police officer are hospitalized after a domestic dispute quickly escalated.  Authorities say the incident started around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday when police were called to a scene in the Pine Oaks Park mobile home park.

Officials say when officers arrived on the scene, one person had already been beaten up. When officers tried to hold the suspect, he jumped on the officer. That's when the officer shot the suspect.

The officer, the suspect and the beating victim were all taken to an area hospital. There is no word on their conditions.
