ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - The prosecutor in the Florida case of Trayvon Martin Angela Corey held a press conference on Wednesday. She announced the charges of 2nd degree murder against George Zimmerman. Not manslaughter like many people thought.  Zimmerman is accused of killing Trayvon Martin in a gated community in Florida on February 26th. He has pleaded not guilty and is using Florida's stand your ground law as defense.  The law says a person can use deadly force if they suspect their live is in danger.

Many people think because of that it will be an uphill battle for the prosecutor. But, we don't know what evidence she has.

You can listen to McGraw on the BIG 550 KTRS weekdays from 6-10am.
