SOUTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KPLR) - Would St. Louis be ready in case of a biological terrorist attack?  Area health departments are holding a drill today to find out.  The St. Louis County Health Department and 17 other departments from Missouri and Illinois are participating.

They'll test their response to a wide spread bio-hazard, specifically their ability to dispense medicine in the event of an anthrax exposure.

The drill is being held at Jefferson Barracks Park.
