It's not the sound most Missouri fans want to hear, but no is one complaining because Kansas fans are helping the Missouri economy. The Midwest Regional will end Sunday night but many of these fans arrived in St. Louis on Thursday. "Everybody`s here eating drinking having a good time at the bars and restaurants down here everyone`s having a good time it feels like everybody`s enjoying downtown St. Louis and it`s just a great boon for everyone down here," said one NCAA fan. Instead of a flash mob  this is a cash mob in Lafayette Square  shoppers encouraged to spend twenty dollars at a locally owned business. The shopping began at the Schwaig Art Glass Works and B Derton Studios.

Now neighborhood stores hope shoppers like what they see and will make Lafayette square a permanent destination.
