Screaming Flight Attendant Disrupts Flight To Chicago

Dallas, TX.(CNN)-An American Airlines flight attendant disrupted a flight as it was about to take-off Friday for Chicago.  The flight from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Chicago this morning was, when a flight attendant got on the intercom went off on a rant.  She reportedly said the plane was going to crash and talked about the September 11th terrorist attacks and union issues.

Passengers subdued the woman while the plane returned to the gate and police arrived.
She was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

A second flight attendant was injured in the scuffle and also taken to the hospital.

No passengers were hurt.
