South City Teacher Allegedly Exposes Himself To Student

A St. Louis teacher was arrested Thursday and charged with exposing himself to a female student. Clarence Cannon, 48, is accused of exposing himself to a 14-year-old girl at Blow Middle School on January 31.  He also allegedly asked the girl to touch herself in an inappropriate manner.

According to a police report, Cannon allegedly offered to pay the girl to keep silent about the incident the next day.

Cannon has been charged with sexual misconduct involving a child, attempted enticement of a child, and attempted witness tampering. He is being held on $25,000 cash only bond.

The incident happened while school was in session. Parents have been alerted.
