In Town and Country a 200 foot tree fell behind a home on Fordyce Manor.  The tree had special meaning to the home owners; they planted it back in the 1960's as their first Christmas tree.  The family plans to replant the tree even though Ameren had cut off limbs.

The tree did knock down a powerline and about 20 homes were without power.  No one was hurt and their home wasn't damaged.
