Friday is starting off right.  High clouds are moving across the mid-Mississippi River valley.  That will slow-down the warm-up across the St. Louis area with highs in the low to mid-40s.  With a stalling cold front, the clouds will increase a bit overnight, with lows near 30.  Good news for Saturday as that stalled front wobbles back to the north as a warm front.   Skies will steadily clear on Saturday;  along with WSW winds, the warm front will unleash mild 50s across the area.  Sunday too will have 50s.  However, clouds will increase quickly Sunday afternoon.  Temperatures will drop steadily during the afternoon with a light mix of rain and snow after the Super Bowl.  The new work week ushers-in another round of winter with a dusting of light snow and highs in the mid 30’s on Monday.
