(KPLR) – Work is underway to ease the transition home for paralyzed Hazelwood police officer Craig Tudor. Rescue Responders are working with Payne Family Homes to modify the second story of his home.
Crews are renovating the bathroom and widening door frames in the officer’s Wentzville home.
Tudor was injured in a traffic crash while responding to a call last August.
He and his wife are still at a rehab at a center in Colorado.
The Gary Sinise Foundation is also involved in home makeovers for Tudor and officer Flamion.
