(KPLR) - Bridge Bread, a local non-profit is helping to bridge the homeless gap by baking and selling bread and pastries. The social enterprise hires people who don't have a home to call their own, then trains them to be artisan bakers. The bakers earn up to ten dollars an hour and learn a skill they will never forget. It is a life changing experience designed to help people have bright futures.
