Homeless man found shot to death near Hamilton and Natural Bridge Road

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – St. Louis police are investigating it's 154th homicide in the City of St. Louis. Investigators say a homeless man was found shot to death near a popular diner.

The shooting happened here near the Goody Goody Diner at Hamilton Avenue and Natural Bridge, one block west of Goodfellow.  Residents in the area wan the violence to stop.

Bommarito Automotive Sky Fox flew over the scene as investigators responded to the shooting around 7 am Wednesday morning.

Police say the victim, 34- year-old Terry Lowe was found in the alley near Hamilton, shot multiple times.

Detectives say Lowe was homeless.

Residents and customers are now taking extra safety measures in light of the fatal shooting.
