(KTVI) – A former St. Louis school principal is accused of paying a friend to kill his pregnant girlfriend.

Cornelius Green is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the death of Jocelyn Peters.  Peters was seven months pregnant when she was found shot to death last March in her Central West End apartment.

Court documents state Green paid his friend Phillip Cutler $2,500 to kill Peters.

Cutler was charged in June with two counts of murder.

Earlier this summer, Green was charged with stealing $2,700 from a student dance group.

Bond for Cutler has been set at $1 million dollars cash only.
