Endangered person advisory issued for Dent County teenager

UPDATE:  Both Harley M. Hopper and Kenneth Dylan Whitehead have been located.  Authorities say Ms. Hopper was unharmed.

(KPLR) – The Dent county Sheriff’s Department has issued an endangered person advisory for a 13-year-old girl.  They say Harley M. Hopper left her residence with a backpack and her family does not know where she is.

She is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 220 pounds.  Harley was last seen wearing a blue-striped shirt, blue jeans, and cowboy boots.
