ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - Cason from C3 Fitness visits KPLR 11 at Noon with two different superset routines to help workout your shoulders and back.

Workout A: 4 sets, 10 reps each, 1 minute rest between sets

Burpees
Regular curls
Hammer curls
Shoulder press

Workout B: 4 sets, 10 reps each, 1 minute rest between sets

Burpees
Front raises
Side raises
Bent over Fly
