Dotson orders officers to work in pairs

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - In the wake of the Dallas shootings, St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson ordered all of his officers to work in pairs and to wear their bullet-resistant vests. The chief tweeted, "Although locally we are not experiencing any civil unrest, this decision is precautionary and is to maximize the safety of officers and our community."
