LADUE, MO (KTVI) - It's almost time to get those tickets and plan those rides through the holiday lights at Tilles Park. We know it's not even Halloween, but it takes a while for the light displays to get in place. The set-up is well underway.

I first became aware of this story when I was riding my bike through Tilles park Friday morning. I was afraid I couldn't get back here with a camera before crews wrapped-up their work. As it turns out crews work at this for weeks

"We start after the first weekend of October right after the canine carnival. Then we have about 30 people start setting up Christmas lights." said Tilles Park Director Tom Hughes.

Crews have their work cut out for them. Winter Wonderland, off of McKnight Boulevard is open November 25 through January 2nd.
