GLENDALE, MO (KPLR) – Berry Road, just north of W. Lockwood Avenue, in Glendale, had been closed due to a gas line rupture. A construction crew was working in the area when the rupture occurred around 1:35pm Tuesday.  That repair was finished Tuesday night after Glendale and Webster Groves firefighters responded and closed the road.  Laclede Gas crews have stopped the leak and will work into the night to make repairs.

No injuries have been reported and no residents are in danger. Nearby Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic School was on lockdown due to the leak until around 4:30pm.
